A Breakthrough in Technical Innovation! Our Self-Developed All-Steel AT/MT Tires Redefine the Performance Benchmark for Off-Road Tires.

Date: Mar 20th, 2026

As off-road vehicles evolve and user needs shift, the limitations of traditional semi-steel AT/MT tires have become apparent; sidewall structures relying on a single steel wire layer combined with nylon plies can no longer withstand harsh, complex off-road terrain or balance the demands of high-speed driving with heavy-load transport. Addressing these industry pain points, our R&D team collaborated with senior university professors specializing in tire technology to overcome key technical challenges and independently develop a new line of all-steel AT and MT off-road tires.

These tires feature an innovative “all-steel sidewall” design incorporating a three-layer sidewall structure. By adding a steel cord ply to the vulnerable sidewall area, we have eliminated the common weaknesses of traditional tires—such as susceptibility to tearing, impact damage, and cuts—while significantly enhancing the tire carcass’s toughness. Compared to standard AT tires on the market, our product delivers a breakthrough in performance, resolving common industry issues by simultaneously achieving high speed ratings and high load capacities. Additionally, the tread depth exceeds that of conventional products by over 2mm, providing superior traction and off-road capability.

Driven by proprietary technology and distinctive, high-performance capabilities, these all-steel AT/MT tires are perfectly suited for diverse off-road, heavy-load, and complex terrain scenarios. They precisely meet the rigorous demands of the high-end market, earning widespread recognition and favor from global customers thanks to their industry-leading performance.
